Refund Policy

1. All grocery products need to be returned directly to the supplier, if the product is expiry date or damaged. Our Customer service will be happy to assist you.

2. You will need to report any descrepancies to Customer service at the earliest within same day of the delivery.

3. We have number of products which are non returnable, these include some consumable items, like paper, vegetable,fruits and some grocery items.

4. Our Customer Service team will coordinate all activities relating to the return or replacement of any products that may be recalled.
